At Eva’s Wardrobe, we value your satisfaction. However, to ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and our team, please review our return and exchange policies below:

How to File a Return or Exchange:

  • Customers must inform us withinΒ 12 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email to file a return/exchange request.
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for the following cases:
    • Missing items in combo orders
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Wrong product received
πŸ“Œ Videos must be continuous, uncut, and clearly show the parcel being opened.

Return Window:

  • All items eligible for return or exchange must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Important Notes:
❌ No exchange or return will be accepted for:
  • Personal dislikes (e.g., not liking the color or pattern)
  • Minor fabric issues like loose threads, slight dye smell, etc.
  • Size issues due to incorrect measurements given by the customer in case of custom orders
🎨 Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen display settings. These are not considered defects.
🚚 One-side courier/shipping charges must be paid by the customer for all returns or exchanges.

We offer refunds under certain conditions. Please read the details carefully:

Refund / Exchange Charges:
For semi-stitched or material items:
  • β‚Ή250 will be deducted for exchange or refund processing.
  • For stitched/custom-stitched products:
  • β‚Ή250 will be deducted for exchange.
  • β‚Ή350 will be deducted for refund.

These charges include inspection, processing, and other costs.

Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
  • Once processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
